Do you only book flights from Lahore?
No. Our office is in Lahore, but we issue tickets and arrange visas from any city to any city: Karachi to Istanbul, Manchester to Lahore, Dubai to Toronto, or a domestic hop to Skardu.
How do I get a price for a package or ticket?
Send us your route, dates and number of travellers on WhatsApp. Fares change daily, so we quote live prices from the airlines and hotels instead of publishing numbers that go stale.
What documents do I need for an Umrah visa?
Usually a passport valid for at least six months, a recent photo with a white background, and CNIC copies. For families we also ask for the family registration certificate. We confirm the current list when you book.
Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Saudi rules on this have changed in recent years. Tell us the traveller’s age and group, and we will confirm the rule that applies on your travel date.
Do you help with visit visas for the UK, Schengen, USA and Canada?
Yes. We prepare the file, fill the forms, book the appointment and check the documents before you submit. The decision always rests with the embassy, and we never promise an approval.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the company account of Elite Wings SMC Private Limited or in cash at our Lahore office, against a written invoice. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Can you change or refund a ticket?
Yes, within the airline’s fare rules. We tell you the change or refund penalty before you buy, and handle the request for you afterwards.
